During our Hyrox training you alternate running with functional strength exercises. Training in a group with a bunch of like-minded buddies, while everyone trains at their own level and seeks improvement in a targeted manner, you are always motivated to keep pushing and go beyond your current limits. At the same time, our professional and experienced trainer ensures that every exercise is performed correctly targeting a competition level.
