WATTCYCLING

No matter if you’re experienced with in/outdoor cycling or not, Watt-cycling is an exceptionally effective (and fun) way to build up your strength and condition.
Our watt-cycling training programs are designed for both experienced cyclists and interested beginners. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, everyone in the room can enjoy a fantastic watt-cycling training according to their own capability, and work hard together to achieve the same level of improvement.
HYROX

With over 40+ global races in 2023, Hyrox is a huge rage in the fitness world that you cannot miss. Bringing both running and functional work out in one, Hyrox is the best way to get stronger in both physical and mental aspect.
Our Hyrox group trainings are designed in various levels to accustom different needs. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, our Hyrox trainers (who are Hyrox athletes themselves!) will definitely help you go one step further.

Bench press, squat, deadlift – our strength training is all your classic trainings AND MORE.
Feeling anxious in the gym as a beginner? This program is your best way to step into the gym world by learning all the fundamentals.
Already been in the gym for some time? Our trainers here are not only giving you a killing routine with a variety of exercises that you might not have tried before, but also personal tips on how to do your usual stuff safer, but harder.
