Personal Training at Lead Out Gym
Personal Training at Lead Out is more than just guided workouts. It's a structured, coach-led approach to building strength, improving technique, and accelerating your progress—whether you're preparing for competition or simply want focused, one-on-one attention. Our personal training journeys are built around a 12-week minimum commitment, invoiced every week. This timeframe allows for real progress, consistency, and meaningful adaptation.
That said, everything starts with a first session focused entirely on you.
Before your session, you can already share what you're looking for via the contact form, WhatsApp, or a quick call. During the session itself, we'll explore your goals, training background, and what you'd like to work toward in the long term.
After this first session, you're free to decide whether you want to continue with a personal training journey or keep it as a one-off session, billed at our standard personal training rate.
