Your First Session
— members train duo at the single rate.
The first session is one hour and can be whatever is most useful to you — a HYROX stations walkthrough, an introduction to strength training, a mini-simulation, or simply what you feel you need most.
If you're preparing for a race and want a full 90-minute pre-race technique session, just let us know when you reach out.
Choose Your Path
Start a PT journey — 12-week minimum commitment, invoiced every 4 weeks. Real progression, real adaptation.
Keep it as a one-off — billed at our standard personal training rate. No pressure, no commitment.
