How a WattCycling session works
Every WattCycling session follows a clear and purposeful structure. While cycling to music, your trainer guides you through the workout using on-screen slides that explain the logic behind each block.
You'll see exactly why you're doing each effort, what to focus on, and how the session fits into the bigger picture — from cadence and watt targets to technique and posture.
Sessions vary in duration depending on their theme, ensuring every workout is intentional and designed for measurable progress.

How to Start?
All new WattCycling participants begin with our Introduction to WattCycling class.
