WattCycling is a science-based indoor cycling training designed to improve your fitness, power, and cycling technique.

Each Wattbike is equipped with a power meter that measures the exact amount of work you're doing, allowing for precise training zones and measurable progress over time. This data-driven approach makes WattCycling ideal for athletes looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness and power endurance.

The Methodology

How a WattCycling session works

Every WattCycling session follows a clear and purposeful structure. While cycling to music, your trainer guides you through the workout using on-screen slides that explain the logic behind each block.

You'll see exactly why you're doing each effort, what to focus on, and how the session fits into the bigger picture — from cadence and watt targets to technique and posture.

Sessions vary in duration depending on their theme, ensuring every workout is intentional and designed for measurable progress.
